Can You Really Make Money Reviewing Books?
Book lovers and writers really can make money reading and reviewing books. You won’t get rich, but it’s a great second income. Most book reviewers review books because they love reading and it’s nice to earn extra money doing something you love. Others may do it for the extra income. Whatever their reason, hundreds of people of finding it fun and easy to earn a little extra cash reviewing books.
We suggest starting small: Check out a few smaller resources like FictionAddiction.net or NewsBlaze.com. You can gain valuable experience before looking for larger audiences.
Post The Review to Other Sites: You should also consider posting your reviews to online sources such as Amazon.com and even Bookcatcher.com as you will gain more credibility by having other links and other sources that people will see.
Find Authors Who Need Reviews: You can find authors who want reviews. Check out ReviewBook.com or GetBookReviews.com for listings where you can request a book to review.

The Writer Magazine
WriteStuff: Reviews of books and other products of interest to writers. Experienced book reviewers write for this column. Reviews are 450 to 700 words. Send letter and book-review clips to associate editor Sarah Lange at slange@writermag.com. Generally, we buy first rights. Payment varies. In general, our rates for articles range from $40 to $80 for book reviews. The Chattahoochie Review
Reviews and review essays: We review selected current offerings in fiction, poetry, and nonfiction, including works on photography and the visual arts. Several related works may be reviewed at more length in a review-essay that engages critical issues not appropriate to a single review. We are always in search of new reviewers.
